Client For:
The Mallorca Catering website is a complete redesign project focused on capturing the brand’s Mediterranean essence through a clean, elegant, and responsive digital experience.
The goal was to combine visual sophistication with functional simplicity—creating a platform where clients can easily explore the company’s catering services, event options, and contact information, all while reflecting the warmth and exclusivity of the island.
The entire site was built from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, optimizing every section for performance, accessibility, and SEO. Animations, subtle transitions, and a cohesive visual system help bring the brand to life, ensuring that every element—from typography to color palette—feels consistent with Mallorca’s light, textures, and atmosphere.
Wireframing and Prototyping: The project began with detailed wireframes and UX maps to define the site’s structure and content hierarchy. I designed interactive prototypes to test the navigation flow and ensure that users could reach key sections (services, menus, and contact) in the fewest possible clicks. The prototypes evolved through iterative testing, focusing on how the visuals (imagery, gradients, and spacing) could evoke the feeling of an outdoor event in Mallorca—bright, modern, and welcoming. Once validated, I translated these prototypes into fully responsive code, implementing CSS Grid and Flexbox layouts for fluid adaptation across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Web design projects like Mallorca Catering involve a combination of technical precision and emotional storytelling. Beyond building a fast and responsive interface, the challenge was to create a digital experience that conveys the brand’s Mediterranean character—natural light, elegance, and warmth—through both form and function.
